It is the fact that we are living in an era where the mobile phones have become an essential part of our lives. We all have an excessive use of it in our daily routine. But still we should keep our kids away from it as much as possible. We are going to mention here some factors which make us to think about it.

  2. Poor sleep quality: The blue light emitted by screens can disrupt natural sleep patterns, leading to difficulty falling asleep and decreased sleep quality.
